LIST OF THINGS THAT KILL TRUE LOVE

List of things that kill true love:

* encounter with terminal illness

* marriage itself, because shutting the cage door is to put humans in captivity, which alters personality, and not for the better

* kids, since the female is so transported by the experience that she is a different girl afterward. The old girl is washed away with the placenta.  Fine if you like the new girl better.  Not so good if you fell in love with the old girl, which is probably true if you had a kid with her.

* loss of a job for the male, it kills confidence and truth be told, it can kill the respect the woman had for the man, which is a bigger part of sexual attraction for her than we may want to acknowledge

* cohabitation, since it can lead to fighting over the slob/clean-freak factor, and it puts two humans together ALL THE TIME, when they may not be in the mood for romance.

* shared finances. I get chewed out for buying a $200 shirt, yet the then-wife spent $12,000 on shoes? When I call her on it, she says, "I make it, I'll fucking spend it the way I feel like, and don't ever confront me about it again." Oh, and when I bought her $180 worth of roses when she gave birth to the baby, she said, "that's crazy, don't ever spend our money like that again!" They were the last flowers she ever got from me. (sounds bitter but I assure you I'm not, it's just what we do to each other when we're unwise to the point of sharing a bank account)

The list goes on, but the essentials of the matter are that you should be with the boy when you want to see him and he wants to see you.  If you live under the same roof, there are so many times that one or both are tired, busy, preoccupied, worried, annoyed, etc., that going to bed without making love happens.  This is a cardinal sin.  Going to bed with the girl without fucking her makes her into a sister.  The brain rewires.  The next time you're naked, it's a little less passionate.  And so on.
